Commercial gardening in Tauranga
Commercial gardening in Tauranga for entrances, courtyards, planters and landscaped areas that need to look cared for every day, not just after a big tidy. We weed, prune, mulch and replant on a written schedule, pick up litter as we go, and report anything that needs attention with photos. It suits body corporates, retirement villages, office and retail sites, hotels and schools.

Local know-how
Keeping commercial landscapes presentable all year
The entrance is what visitors judge a site by. A weedy bed or a dead shrub by the front door says more about how a building is managed than anything inside. That's why we put entrances and resident-facing areas first on every visit.

Tauranga's climate makes this harder than it looks. Warm, wet weather means weeds can reseed between monthly visits, so high-profile beds often need a fortnightly touch-up even when the rest of the site is monthly.
Coastal sites on Mount Maunganui and around the harbour face salt wind that burns soft plants. Swapping struggling plants for tough natives such as coprosma, flax and hebe cuts replacement costs and weeding time. We'll suggest low-maintenance swaps when a planting keeps failing, so you're not paying to replace the same plants every year.

FAQs
Commercial gardening FAQs
Can you maintain planter boxes and podium gardens?
Yes. Planters dry out faster than garden beds, so we check them on every visit.
Do you replace dead plants?
Yes. We report them with a photo, recommend a replacement and price it for approval first.
Can you work around tenants and residents?
Yes. We plan visits for quiet times and keep noisy work away from busy areas.
Is there a minimum contract?
We agree a scope and schedule that suits your site. Ask us about terms at the site walk.
Do you send a report after each visit?
Yes. You get a short photo report after each visit, with anything that needs attention flagged for you.
Can you look after several sites on one invoice?
Yes. Each site gets its own scope and report, and they can all go on one invoice.
